Welcome to the 2014/2015 School Year!
My name is Hannah Van Winkle and I am writing to you on behalf of the ACE Mentoring Program for Bear River Middle School. Bear River is home to over 500 4th-8th graders. The ACE Mentoring Program is here to provide early intervention and prevention services through one-on-one mentoring relationships. These relationships can be utilized to support a child academically, socially or just as another supportive adult other than a parent or a teacher.
We are starting this school year fresh and to ensure our success we have a need in three different areas: students recommended to the program in need of a mentor, volunteers to be a mentor to a student and any possible donations to assist in fingerprinting costs. If you are interested in assisting in any of these areas please contact me.
